This is my everyday lather bowl I use at work. I think the price was around $6. I know, more expensise than a Wal-Mart cereal bowl. But what the heck, I'd thought I'd splurge a little. The reason I like this bowl so much is it's well made, it has ridges inside that create an uneven surface that helps with lather making, it's shallow and wide for swirling lather around without banging a brush handle on the side and it has a rest for the brush handle when I'm not using it. Also, It's nice and thick so if I used a coffee mug warmer under it to keep lather warm, I bet it wouldn't overheat the lather. I need to find a some more of these if I can. I use a pretty blue rice bowl at home but this one does a better job.
