A big brush that's soft and holds a lot of lather and water. I would put this at medium density and stiffness. A good face painter. It will work for soap but it shines when you throw some quality cream into the bowl. It's a bigger brush (@ 25mm) so I wouldn't use it for travel. I'd put it below a Kent BK8 which is no big deal since it costs much less than a Kent BK8.
