Result: 4.6/5.0 Doing more ATG with the Feather. Also, I used the Feather to shave my armpits. Wow! that worked well. Scary as hell but it cleared out the hair in a hurry and didn't clog anything. I just wiped down the blade after each swipe. I'll be doing that again. Much easier than using a DE or disposable. No irritation.

  1. Would love to see more detailed impressions of yours regarding your tools, creams/soaps, aftercare products, etc.

Since you have such a vast collection, a small picture of the days tools (ala B&B SOTD) would be cool.

Also, more curious than condemning, why the pit shaving? You seem like a big burly straight guy - how does it fit into the picture of things?

  2. As I go along, I will be posting more and more comments, adding pictures and so on of the items I have and use. Having so much has given me a backlog of things to do.

The reason you don't see pictures now is that I shave at work and don't have a camera to take pictures with. My new cell phone might help with that. I have to do some testing.

As far as the pit shaving, it was a practice I started with working at Wonderbread. With all the sweating and yeast based products, shaving the underarms was a must or I would end up with skin infections. With riding horses, sweating a lot and a high bacteria environment, it just makes sense to keep doing it.

    Hope that helps.
